Songbird - Eva Cassidy

For you there'll be no crying
For you the sun will be shining
Cause I feel that when I'm with you
It's alright, I know it's right
And the songbirds keep singing
Like they know the score
And I love you, I love you, I love you
Like never before
To you, I would give the world
To you, I'd never be cold
Cause I feel that when I'm with you
It's alright, I know it's right
And the songbirds keep singing
Like they know the score
And I love you, I love you, I love you
Like never before Like never before
like never before.

Sweet baby James - James Taylor

There is a young cowboy, he lives on the range,
His horse and his cattle are his only companions,
He works in the saddle and he sleeps in the canyons,
Waiting for summer, his pastures to change.

And as the moon rises he sits by his fire
Thinking about women and glasses of beer
And closing his eyes as the doggies retire
He sings out a song which is soft but its clear
As if maybe someone could hear

(chorus)
Goodnight you moonlight ladies
Rockabye sweet baby james
Deep greens and blues are the colors I choose
Wont you let me go down in my dreams
And rockabye sweet baby james

Now the first of december was covered with snow
And so was the turnpike from stockbridge to boston
Lord, the berkshires seemed dream-like on account of that frosting
With ten miles behind me and ten thousand more to go

There's a song that they sing when they take to the highway
A song that they sing when they take to the sea
A song that they sing of their home in the sky
Maybe you can believe it if it helps you to sleep
But singing works just fine for me

(chorus)
Goodnight you moonlight ladies
Rockabye sweet baby james
Deep greens and blues are the colors I choose
Wont you let me go down in my dreams
And rockabye sweet baby james

Bed of Roses - Jon Bon Jovi

Sittin' here wasted and wounded with this old piano
Trying hard to capture the moment...
this mornin' I don't know'
Cause a bottle of vodka's still lodged in my hand
N' some blonde gave me nightmares,
think that she's still in my bed
As I dream about movies they won't make of me when I'm dead
With an ironclad-fist I wake up n' french kiss the mornin'
While some marching band keeps it's own beat in my head while we're talkin'
About all o' the things that I long to believe
About love, the truth, and what you mean to me, and the truth is
Baby you're all that I need
I wanna lay you down in a bed of roses
For tonight I'll sleep on a bed of nails
I wanna be just as close as your holy ghost is
And lay you down on a bed of roses
Well I'm so far away, each step that I take's on my way home
A king's ransom in dimes
I'd give each night to see through this payphone
Still I run out of time or it's hard to get through
Til' the bird on the wire flies me back to you
I'll just close my eyes and whisper
Baby, blind love is true
CHORUS
Well this hotel bar's hangover whiskey's gone dry
The barkeeper's wig's crooked, and she's giving me the eye
Well I might have said yeah, but I laughed so hard I think I've died
Now as you close your eyes know I'll be thinkin' about you
While my mistress, she calls me to stand in her spotlight again
Tonight I won't be alone, but you know that don't mean I'm not lonely
I've got nothing to prove for it's you that I'd die to defend
CHORUS (*2)

Messed up

Messed up to think. Thinking of you all the time. Asking myself what to do won't do... because there are two feelings making me ask myself what to do.
Hoping to get better. Not to be sad. Not to cry myself to sleep everyday would be just fine. If possible..I love you. Can you see that?
